For more than 20 years, I've worked where strategy meets execution: in corporate consulting, healthcare, entrepreneurship and international business development. I've helped plan hospitals and specialist facilities across the MENA region and built my own clinic from the ground up.
I've seen ventures from every side: as a founder, an operator, an advisor and a partner. That's what I bring to every conversation: a clear view of the whole picture, and a practical sense of what it takes to move from decision to results.
